HOW TO SUBMIT A DATA REQUEST:

Step 1: Locate the data set within the registry. Click here to search: 

Step 2: In the "message" box below make sure to include the item's name and UUID (found in the information box on the item's page, under "Identifiers")

Step 3: Select the checkbox and click submit.
