Definition
The department conducts an annual stakeholder survey to evaluate performance against targets that apply across the key activity areas. The research is conducted in accordance with international quality standard ISO 20252, the international information security standard ISO 27001 and the Australian Privacy Principles within the Privacy Act 1998 and adheres to the Privacy (Market and Social Research) Code 2021.
